Computerized Color matching is utilized to insure Color consistency and reputability.The surface mount line features pick and place robot for high speed and precise placement of components onto printed switches and flex circuits. PRINTEC has established its Quality/Environment Policy：

(QMS), and the processes within the QMS by which it identifies and complies with its customer,regulatory and statutory requirements;
- To establish a framework for establishing, reviewing and achieving quality
objectives for continual process improvement.
- To ensure appropriate mechanisms are available to enable Printec to
maintain the continuing effectiveness of its QMS.
- The products those are produced by our company satisfy customers’ requirement in the environmental substance, and fit to the rule of HSF about forbidden matters.

controlling pollutants and scraps from development and design of

- PRINTEC，the new raw material level need to match HSF management system in II class.
- Engineering department & Researching department samples to achieve the annual target rate of 98%
，and design packaging materials to meet HSF management system grade Ⅱ.
